Stephanie Regnier, MA
Clinician

Stephanie Regnier (she/her/hers) earned her master’s degree (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and is pursuing her license in professional clinical counseling (LPCC). She brings over twenty years of experience supporting adoptive families and working with children impacted by trauma, loss, and attachment related struggles. Her background reflects a deep understanding of complex family systems and the long-term impact of early relational experiences.

Stephanie works to create a warm, collaborative, and affirming therapeutic space where adults and couples can feel safe sharing their stories. She is committed to affirming every client’s identities, embracing LGBTQIA+, cultural, and religious diversity.

Her clinical areas of focus include perinatal and postpartum mental health, adoption, attachment, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, relationship dynamics, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and life transitions.

Stephanie’s work centers on the mind-body connection and blends cognitive-behavioral strategies with parts-based work. She draws from CBT, ERP, IFS, and ACT. Her hope is to support clients in building resilience, deepening self-understanding and developing coping tools that feel authentic and sustainable. Stephanie has completed the Internal Family Systems® Circle Training and holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International (PSI).

Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, traveling, and long walks.

Stephanie is a pre-licensed clinician practicing under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Murphy.
