Stephanie Regnier (she/her/hers) is pursuing her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. She has twenty years of experience working with adoptive families and supporting children who faced trauma, loss, and attachment struggles.
Stephanie works to create a comfortable space for her clients by being empathetic and compassionate. She is interested in working with individuals on the following topics: adoption, attachment, anxiety, depression, parenting, OCD (ERP), motor tics (CBIT) and trauma. Stephanie has completed the Internal Family Systems® Circle Training.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Stephanie is a pre-licensed clinician working under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Murphy.
