Stephanie Regnier (she/her/hers) earned her master’s degree (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas. She has over twenty years of experience working with adoptive families and supporting children who faced trauma, loss, and attachment struggles.
Stephanie works to create a comfortable space for her clients by being empathetic and compassionate. She works with individuals on the following topics: perinatal mental health, adoption, attachment, anxiety, depression, parenting, OCD (ERP), motor tics (CBIT) and trauma. Stephanie has completed the Internal Family Systems® Circle Training and the PSI Perinatal Mental Health Certificate Course.
In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
Stephanie is a pre-licensed clinician working under the supervision of Dr. Rebecca Murphy.
