Lindsey Steffes (she/her) is currently pursuing her master’s degree (M.A.) in Counseling Psychology at the University of St. Thomas. She previously earned a master’s degree in Creative Writing from UC–Riverside and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from UW–Madison. She has experience working with children and young adults in a variety of educational settings, as well as supporting families navigating grief, loss, and terminal illness.
Lindsey believes everyone has a story to tell and looks forward to getting to know clients on a deeper level. Her specific interests include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, infertility, perinatal mental health, life transitions, and creativity and self-expression. She is committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all clients.
In her free time, Lindsey enjoys reading, writing, taking long walks with her dog, and spending time with family.
