Cole is currently pursuing his Master's degree (M.A.) and license in professional clinical counseling (LPCC) at St. Thomas and is training with Murphy Psychological Services. Before that, he attended Concordia- St. Paul and received a B.A. in Psychology. Cole has worked in the mental health field assisting individuals at an in-home level and in a peer recovery center.
As an aspiring counselor, Cole is excited to work with various clients and develop his professional abilities in assisting others in a therapeutic setting. He is interested in topics of depression, anxiety, focus, and attachment. Cole advocates cognitive change and understands that each client is unique in what motivates them. He looks forward to creating an environment of positive change and self-understanding for each client's considerations.
In his free time, Cole likes to go to the gym, sing, and try food around the Twin Cities area.
