Cole earned his Master's degree (M.A.) at St. Thomas and is pursuing his license in professional clinical counseling (LPCC). Before that, he attended Concordia- St. Paul and received a B.A. in Psychology. Cole has worked in the mental health field assisting individuals at an in-home level and in a peer recovery center.
Cole is interested in the topics of depression, anxiety, focus (ADHD), and attachment. Cole advocates cognitive change and understands that each client is unique in what motivates them. He looks forward to creating an environment of positive change and self-understanding for each client's considerations.
In his free time, Cole likes to go to the gym, sing, and try food around the Twin Cities area.
